This is a really untapped market where bloggers, realtors and more importantly, people looking to buy or sell can get some better information about tips and tricks when house hunting or looking to sell. For example, Sharon Hales at http://sharonhales.com/ is not only a realtor for La Crescenta and surrounding areas, but a real pillar of the community. I would really like assistance on how to get that message out there, I have suggested to her to run a blog from her website, any suggestions? Cheers, Rick
