This is valuable information, great work by Seth Williams. But i think it is lacking behind making website and blogs more trendy. I suggest Seth to mention how to make video because videos are trendy topic. Many viewers like to watch rather than to read. I recently revamped my blog, reduced the amount to reading materials and added videos into it. Viewers are more inclined to watch short videos which can give more information. There are some website that helped me to make videos from photos. I use websites like Magisto, Animoto, Picovico, Stupeflix. These are some online video making apps, anyone can check out.

Excellent breakdown of blogs. This is a really untapped market where bloggers, realtors and more importantly, people looking to buy or sell can get some better information about tips and tricks when house hunting or looking to sell. For example, Sharon Hales at http://sharonhales.com/ is not only a realtor for La Crescenta and surrounding areas, but a real pillar of the community.
