What’s sad is that majority of the blogs listed are trying to control the conversation. Blogs are a form of social interaction. When commenting is turned off [especially on a website], the blog author is not speaking to its audience; however, the blog is speaking to itself. Does nothing really for SEO either because the bots know that zero interaction hold little to no value for searchers. Working with buyers and sellers provides me with optics from their POV. Call me crazy, but I find open dialogue with value helps build trust when it comes to RE. It makes the whole process easier for buyers and sellers to ask questions in full hope to read a response. Someone else out there has the same question looking for a solution.
Thanks for your complied list Seth. It reinforced my focus for how I can better meet the demands of today’s savvy buyers and sellers.
